Grounding is the perfect beginning meditation to help us find balance and stability within ourselves. It is a simple meditation that helps us ground into a deeper connection and develop a stronger relationship with Earth as well as our past. It is a fundamental and pre-requisite for all other meditations, as it’s the base of our psychic abilities.

Grounding is a basic energy management skill that assists us to be in our bodies, in relation to our self and to others, and creates a conscious connection to our unique relationship with and as part of the Earth.
When we ground, we activate a reciprocal relationship with the Earth. We access Her energy to hold our bodies in a nice, solid, playful space, and we release energy that no longer serves us to Her for recycling and transmuting.
As a fundamental first steps in building or reclaiming our relationship with ourselves as energetic beings, grounding enables integration between the physical (the body) and the energetic system (chakra/aura) and is the foundation for our relationship to the larger beings (the Earth and the Cosmos) with whom we interact physically and energetically.
